I read Robert's book in one sitting in about an hour and a few days later I had implement all of his suggestions regarding email and my paper work. What a relief to have an empty Inbox and a clean desk. Now I work on a desk free from clutter, and an inbox that is clearly manageable, and I know where to look for my next priority. Although I was doing a lot of this in my mind, this method has removed the clutter and I feel so much better about my "desktops".
